Our Insights Program is designed to help practice owners/managers, discover what customers are experiencing when they contact their practice by phone. The report is intended to provide each practice with a clear view of how each practice measures up against the industry and identify areas where improvements can be made.
What’s next?
Mystery shopping calls to your practice will begin during November 2019. Our mystery shoppers are hand-picked and follow the MSPA and AMSRS Mystery Shopping Guidelines.
Monthly reports and voice recordings will be issued within the first seven days of the following month and emailed your nominated address with the first one being sent in December.
You will shortly receive a copy of your receipt and invoice for payment of the VGP Launch Offer to your nominated invoice/ accounts email address.
Please note that the Monthly Insights reports have not been designed as a tool for managing the performance of your staff.
Changes to your membership details e.g. change of email address for monthly reports/invoices or update payment details, can be made at anytime by contacting our office on info@vetcx.com.au or 1300 770 014.
